hei, I'm Nick

You set the goal, I find the route.

I'm a full-stack engineer in Helsinki. Before software, I was a wilderness guide in Finnish Lapland, leading snowmobile tours and northern-lights trips. I still do the same job: get a group from A to B, safely and in good spirits.

Tiny Tarrasque

An offline-first character sheet for tabletop RPG groups who play around a real table. I'm building it on my own, with AI agents.

Soil Scout

I led development of The Hub, the dashboard for Soil Scout's buried soil sensors, and built our hiring pipeline from scratch.

Workflow

How I build with AI agents.

The setup behind Tiny Tarrasque, and roughly what I'd bring to a team.

01

Agents with guardrails

Written rules for every part of the codebase, and nothing is done until the types and tests pass.

02

Small, reviewable steps

One task, one pull request, CI on each. The agents write code; I own the design and the review.

03

Six weeks, solo

From first commit to a playable app, with 85 test files along the way.

04

AI in the product, later

An optional AI backstory for the paid tier, running through my own server.

Grab a tea, roll some dice, build something good.
